The 18th Asan Rhinoplasty Symposium was held on May 14 virtually. The Symposium was attended by 1,100 medical professionals from 74 countries who shared the latest advances on rhinoplasty. Invited speakers included 26 world-renowned scholars from home and abroad including Professor Yong Ju Jang of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Professor Andres Gantous of the University of Toronto, Professor Derek Steinbacher of Yale University School of Medicine, Professor Grant Hamilton of Mayo Clinic, and Professor Amir Sazgar at Tehran University of Medical Sciences who delivered presentations and conducted discussions on various themes such as ▲ essential considerations in Asian rhinoplasty, ▲ costal cartilage support for the contracted nose, and ▲ skeletal reconstruction in severe post-rhinoplasty nasal deformity.
