Mayo Clinic Laboratories officials including President & CEO William Morice visited Asan Medical Center on February 2 to discuss partnership and collaboration opportunities. Mayo Clinic Laboratories is a global research institute that conducts more than 27.6 million tests every year.

The visitors met Professor Chong Jai Kim, the Chairman of Asan Institute for Life Sciences & Chief Research Officer, and Professor Se Jin Jang, the Chair of the Department of Pathology, to talk about research area possibilities for mutual collaboration. They then went on to tour AMC Departments including Pathology, International Healthcare Center, Health Screening and Promotion Center, and Innovation Designs Center.
