On August 11, Nick Hodges, Head of Global Clinical Operations at Johnson & Johnson, along with other executives, visited Asan Medical Center. Last year, Asan Medical Center signed a strategic partnership agreement with Johnson & Johnson to promote clinical research.

During the visit, the delegation met with Chief Director Joon Woo Bahn of Clinical Trial Center at Asan Medical Center, Director Dok Hyun Yoon of the CAR T-Cell Therapy Center at AMC Cancer Institute, and other physicians engaged in oncology clinical research. They were briefed on Asan Medical Center’s clinical trial achievements and advanced research infrastructure, including the digital pathology system. The two sides also discussed potential avenues for collaboration in clinical trials that leverage the strengths of both institutions.
