Asan Medical Center (AMC) signed partnership agreements with Amgen, multinational biopharmaceutical company, on December 9, 2022, and Labcorp, a global contract research organization (CRO), on December 16, 2022. The main contents of the agreement include ▲ operation of a cooperative body for efficient clinical trials, ▲ designation of a separate administrator for cooperation, and ▲ service and support services for each phase of clinical trials such as conducting clinical trial feasibility. Under this agreement, it is expected that the clinical trials network of AMC will be strengthened and clinical trial quality and research capacity will be improved.

Professor Chong Jai Kim, the Chairman of Asan Institute for Life Sciences & Chief Research Officer, said, "We hope the agreements with institutions that stand out in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries will be a good opportunity to share strengths and achieve synergy."
