Asan Medical Center (AMC) has again been recognized as Korea’s Most Admired Hospital in 2023. This is the 17th consecutive year since the survey began in 2007. The evaluation is based on not only the excellence of medical treatment, but also efforts for patient safety, hospital culture of communication and collaboration, and innovation leading medical development, all of which have led to trust and respect for Asan Medical Center.

Korea’s Most Admired Hospital is awarded to hospitals that receive the best evaluation from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for their excellent medical performance and social contributions. This year's survey, conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), analyzed the results of approximately 12,000 people, including industry executives, securities analysts, and general consumers, evaluating the quality of detailed factors such as ▲ innovation ability, ▲ employee values, ▲ customer values, and ▲ social values over the past four months from September 2022. Asan Medical Center recorded the highest score among domestic hospitals, with overall evaluation score of 7.72 points, image value evaluation score of 7.85 points, and customer value of 7.8 points.

Asan Medical Center has also been named as Korea’s Top 30 Corporations, which is selected throughout all industries in Korea, for 10 consecutive years, on par with leading companies representing each industry.

According to an official from Korea Management Association Consulting, "Admired companies are being surveyed in major countries based on global management trends. Asan Medical Center is maintaining its position as a top hospital through the high level of trust in medical services for patients and image enhancement through ESG management practices."
