The delegation from Uzbekistan, including Professor Alisher Shadmanov, the Rector of Tashkent Medical Academy, visited Asan Medical Center on August 4th. Asan Medical Center and Tashkent Medical Academy established a mutual cooperation agreement in 2016 encompassing physician training, collaborative academic exchanges, and patient referrals. This visit was arranged to extend the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to these collaborative endeavors.

During the visit, the delegation toured various facilities such as the International Healthcare Center and Health Screening & Promotion Center. They also engaged in discussions with President Seung-Il Park and the management of Asan Medical Center regarding the extension of the cooperation agreement and future directions for collaboration.
