The Health Screening and Promotion Center held a presentation on operational improvement on September 24 at the East Building Auditorium. Since 2023, the center has been operating the MIC (MZ Improvement Committee), a program designed to enhance workflows and systems through the creative ideas of young employees. The latest session was organized to share the activities and achievements of the third MIC group, which worked from March to September this year.

During the presentation, participants discussed and engaged in Q&A sessions on topics such as strategies to enhance customer satisfaction at the Health Screening and Promotion Center and measures to improve work efficiency through the use of the Asan Medical Center mobile app.
