The 13th Liver Center Symposium was held on April 4 at the Grand Auditorium of Asan Institute for Life Sciences, bringing together approximately 170 medical professionals. Under the theme “From Research Innovation to Precision Treatment of Liver Diseases,” the event served as a platform to share the latest advancements in the field.
The symposium featured presentations and discussions on Asan Medical Center’s research achievements in liver diseases, the latest insights into the management of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, and emerging issues in hepatology. Distinguished international experts, including Professor Takahiro Kodama of Osaka University in Japan and Dr. Edward Kim of Mount Sinai Medical Center in the United States, delivered lectures, drawing strong interest and engagement from attendees.
